Right now I am averaging around 12,000 steps per day…. but that's going to drop since I'm away from my treadmill desk…
Missing My Treadmill Desk
It's been a bit challenging for me this week since I flew to NY on Tuesday. I really miss my treadmill desk! It makes it so much easier to get my steps in.
To get 10,000 steps here at my in-laws house, I have to make two full laps around their condo community, which takes about an hour and a half total. (And lots of hills — I logged 28 floors and 11 very active minutes yesterday — just from those hills!)
I also really got hit with a low step number on the day I flew — only around 3,000 that day. So I'm trying to catch up.
We fly to Brazil tonight and plan to WALK WALK WALK!

I'd really like to learn from some of you guys at the top of the leaderboard about how you are getting such high scores. Can you make your Activities public (or share with friends and add me as a friend)? I'd also LOVE to see everyone's goals and weight and all that jazz. I think if we share, we can all learn from each other, and get ideas for activities that will help us burn calories.
I have made EVERYTHING public.
Okay… off to the garden for me! I've got some digging to do…
