Totally agree on the Braunschweiger. We have it too. My twins inhale it so fast that we keep running out of it!

It is my favorite way to eat liver. DH loves it too. And I gave some to Kate yesterday and she ate it.
I think I’m going to have to place a standing monthly order with US Wellness Meats.

I placed my first US Wellness Meats order today, thanks to your tip! One of each of the beef organ sausages, bone marrow broth, tallow, and some ground lamb (going to try some form of the raw lamb kibbeh from NT). So excited! I haven’t been to the SM farmer’s market in way too long – your posts keep reminding me of that. (Also, I’m back to the blog!)
