GAPS Food Journal: Day Fourteen
I tried taking one Biokult today and I got a bit congested. I think I will start with sips of kefir instead and work my way up to Biokult. Maybe I’ll try 1 tsp of kefir tomorrow — or whenever the congestion clears up.
I think I’m going to try baking some coconut flour Thanksgiving stuffing. And maybe a coconut flour pie crust for my pumpkin pie. I want to eat some pie for Thanksgiving!
Breakfast:
1 cup half-caf coffee, black
4 pastured eggs, scrambled in Pure Indian Foods ghee with Rocky Canyon nitrate-free sausage and onion
Lunch:
3 small pieces of coconut flour bread made with Pure Indian Foods ghee, pastured eggs, coconut flour, and sea salt
3 TBS Revolution Foods unsweetened organic peanut butter (organic peanuts, palm oil)
Dinner:
1 pastured Cornish game hen roasted with garlic and olive oil and a little Pure Indian Foods ghee
1 organic tomato (local, from Rocky Canyon) with sea salt
1 glass Trader Joe’s sauvignon blanc
A wee bit of Lagavulin (Seth brought home another bottle)
Iodoral, adrenal gland, cod liver oil and other supplements
