Real Food Wednesdays

It’s that time again — Real Food Wednesday! This week our theme is Real Food Testimonials: Share Your Success Stories!

I am super excited about this topic. I know it will inspire so many people to start eating healthy.

I for one have a very, very long list of amazing things that have happened to me since I got off the Standard American Diet (SAD) and started eating nutritious food.

Read how I cured myself of rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome, allergies, melasma, and more.

Please share your testimonial of how your life has been positively impacted since you started eating real food. Even if it doesn’t seem like a big deal to you, you never know whose life you are going to touch.

How to Share Your Testimonial:

Last week I broke up with Mr. Linky two weeks ago but we’re back together. Kelly the Kitchen Kop reminded me of how helpful Mr. Linky is, and how much we’ll need him as our carnival grows. She’s right. So he’s back. I think it’s for good this time. (LOL — this is so high school!)

Here’s how to add your testimonial:

1. Post your testimonial on your blog and be sure to link back to this post. (not just the site, but this post)
2. Add your name (or the name of your blog) and your URL to Mr. Linky below.
3. Non-bloggers – post in the comments!

For all the details on Real Food Wednesday, please see this page.

Oh, and just a reminder — next week’s Real Food Wednesday will be hosted at Kelly the Kitchen Kop. The theme: “Your Best Time-Saving Kitchen or Nutrition Tips” — start thinking of what you can share!

Now it’s your turn!

I just added a link to Mr. Linky about my recovery of dermatitis, eczema, hives and other issues, rooted in adrenal health.

Thank you for the chance to ponder this in public. :) I realized that, though my story is not dramatic, eating this way does make a difference.

    See you next week!

    Erica,

I LOVE your story! It’s amazing to me that you were able to get off your meds.

Thanks so much for sharing it.

Holly, your blog is wonderful. I can’t wait to download your podcast and start listening — the perfect thing for the car rides to and from daycare.

Do you know Sean from Underground Wellness? He does a podcast too. Are you on Facebook? I will suggest a friendship…

I am a little bit late to pick this up…but better than never! My full testimonial will be up next week on the new blog. :-)

    The short, short version:

Discovering the Real Foods way of cooking/eating has dramatically improved my Asperger’s side symptoms like depression and autoimmunity. I credit Cod Liver Oil to be the most important factor in getting me into this point. If I go more than three days without it…the clouds form in my mind and the anxiety returns. Truly the best “medication” is CLO!
