I am a little bit late to pick this up...but better than never! My full testimonial will be up next week on the new blog. :-)

The short, short version:

Discovering the Real Foods way of cooking/eating has dramatically improved my Asperger's side symptoms like depression and autoimmunity. I credit Cod Liver Oil to be the most important factor in getting me into this point. If I go more than three days without it...the clouds form in my mind and the anxiety returns. Truly the best "medication" is CLO!

Holly, your blog is wonderful. I can't wait to download your podcast and start listening -- the perfect thing for the car rides to and from daycare.

Do you know Sean from Underground Wellness? He does a podcast too. Are you on Facebook? I will suggest a friendship...
