Thanks for hosting this again Ann Marie! I’m so excited to share my post on Fermented Cod Liver Oil, the controversy behind it and why it’s so important to chose naturally produced CLO! I’m also hosting a giveaway! So stop as two people can win a bottle of Fermented Cod Liver Oil by Green Pastures! I’m actually doing a week of giveaways, so check out my other natural goodies as well!

One of my friends sent me a link to this fantastic video…everyone really must see this. Very clever, humorous, and illustrates the points of sustainability and real food well. Happy Wednesday!

  3. Gotta love Real Food Wednesday! I’m heading over to Kelly’s right now to check out that Top 20 list (that’s got to be good!). It looks like the holidays are the time for giveaways! Diana’s above is great – who wouldn’t want to win a bottle of fermented cod liver oil (well, who from our sector of health gurus)?

We’re having a great giveaway at The Nourished Life, too – a free nourishing book. The winner gets their pick of three, so it’s been fun seeing which books are most coveted!

This is a great way to compile real food specifically for Real Food Wednesdays. I would live to become a part of this change in my own country. This is my first time to leave a comment on your blog. Thanks.

Today’s recipe is my pumpkin pie recipe, made from fresh roasted pumpkin. It’s a favorite around here.

Thanks, AnnMarie! I enjoyed reading Kelly’s Top 20 post and I’m popping over to read Avivah’s post now – I made some mock Larabar’s myself last night and I’m looking for more ideas (mine were okay, but could be better).

Today, my post is “How and Why to Soak and Dehydrate Nuts and Seeds” – an easy and important thing to do in a healthy kitchen!

Real food is building my immune system and nourishing me back to health after years of low-fat yo yo dieting and illness. But sometimes a little extra something helps with a symptom. I went to the WAPF website and looked up arthritis and found that they recommend Arnica, a flower that grows in the mountains. It works!! I’m not surprised :-)
