My Results with the Fitbit
In 2013, I lost 40 pounds in 6 months with my Fitbit. In 2014, I got pregnant and I gained it all back (LOL!). But guess what? In 2015, I lost it again with my Fitbit. Walking 10,000 steps per day, I lost 30 pounds in 4 months.
Here are my measurements from 2013 in the first 2 months of using the Fitbit…
WEIGHT – 168
BUST – 39
WAIST – 32
HIPS – 42.75
AFTER (2 months later):
WEIGHT – 148
BUST – 37
WAIST – 30.5
HIPS – 41
In 2 months, I lost 20 pounds and lost 2 inches in the bust, 1.5 inches in the waist, 1.75 in the hips.

Join the Fitbit Challenge 2017
Ready to join me and lose some weight before Valentine's Day?
The Fitbit Challenge officially starts Sunday, January 1st, 2017. You can join anytime during the challenge. and ends 6 weeks later on Tuesday, February 13th. Yes! Just in time for Valentine's Day!
UPDATE: We have extended the Fitbit Challenge util Saturday March 11.
It's easy to join — just take the following 7 steps and then log each one on the Rafflecopter widget below:

2. Get a Fitbit
You can order a Fitbit on Amazon or pick one up at a local store like Target or Best Buy.
You don't have to have a Fitbit to join the challenge. — any pedometer will do. Here's a $13 pedometer on Amazon. You may also be able to download a step-tracking app on your smart phone. Just make sure you have something that can track your steps.
3. Join the Cheeseslave Fitbit Challenge 2017 Facebook page
This will be our support group. I'll be doing livestreams and people will post updates. If you're not on Facebook, you can skip this, but it's a great way to stay motivated. You can log this entry using the Rafflecopter widget below.
4. Email Me Your Before Photo and measurements
Email me your before photo along with your measurements (bust, waist, hips), dress size, and weight to annmarie AT cheeseslave DOT com. Please put FITBIT CHALLENGE in the subject line of the email. 5. Get Extra Points By Following Cheeseslave on Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram

6. Log your workouts
On January 3, 2017, start tracking your steps on your Fitbit every day over the next 6 weeks. Each day, when you complete your steps, come back to this blog post and log your workouts.

7. Email me your after Photo and measurements
AFter the challenge ends on Saturday March 11, email me your AFTER photo along with your measurements, dress size, and weight to annmarie AT cheeseslave DOT com. After photo and measurements must be received no later than March 15, 2017.
Whoever has the most points AND has the best results (measurements, weight loss, and before and after photos,) will win the prizes.
