I’m excited to announce a special giveaway for my new online cooking class, Healthy Whole Grains.

The class begins Wednesday, February 15th and runs for 12 weeks. However, those who take the class will have lifetime access to the materials.

I find the thought of soaking flour daunting, for some reason, even though I’ve never tried. I’m registered in the GAPS cooking course right now, and have made several items after watching your video tutorials. I’m hoping that the grains course will have me doing what it takes to bake healthful bread for my family.

Hope the class goes well. I’ve found the move to sourdough a little frustrating. After successfully making bread with yeast for years, the sourdough learning curve is a challenge! In general the James Beard American Cooking sourdough recipe has given me the best results. I’m still looking for the perfect recipe as I work on developing my skills with sourdough. I’m committed to working on it, since I think it is a way to make the most digestible and nutritious product.

Fantastic idea! I help out at a local food bank and see many people that don’t seem to know what to do with real food. I’m getting all your updates (fb, rss, and emails) and am finding I have much more to learn myself. The class would be great!
