Real Food Meal Plans for the Busy Home

Personal chef, please! Who doesn’t need a personal chef these days?

Well, I can’t give you one of those, but I can give you the next best thing!

I am so excited for this giveaway, Emily Bartlett’s (of Holistic Squid) brand new meal plan subscription program, Real Food Meal Plans for the Busy Home.

As part of this meal plan subscription, you get detailed shopping lists, your cooking schedules for each week and recipes for 5 dinners per week (including a double recipe!). What’s a double recipe you ask? It’s one smart way to get your freezer stocked with “fast food” so that you can have food in a hurry on days that you can’t cook.

She also includes adjustable portions, gluten-free options and bonus recipes!

Some of the recipes included are: White Chicken Enchiladas, BBQ Pork with Steamed Broccoli, Spaghetti Squash with Clams and Loaded Sweet Potatoes! Sign me up!

Emily incorporates pastured meats, sustainable seafood, organ meats, healthy traditional fats like butter and coconut oil, fermented foods, bone broth, lots of in-season vegetables, and soaked/sprouted whole grains.

She’s giving away an annual subscription valued at $72!

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or
copyright violation? My blog has a lot of unique content I’ve either written myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my permission. Do you know any techniques to help prevent content from being ripped off? I’d really appreciate
it.

Howdy! Quick question that’s completely off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My blog looks weird when browsing from my iphone 4. I’m trying to find
a theme or plugin that might be able to correct
this issue. If you have any recommendations, please share.
Appreciate it!

I really, really need the Meal Plan! I have had health issues for a long time & went LCHP about 18 months ago & have never been so ill – even having to use a wheelchair. Prior to that I had been vegetarian for 30 years, & now I’m trying to get back to Real Food & I need guidance & a definite plan because we live a minimum of 45 minutes away from any shopping, so knowing exactly what I need to purchase is critical. Gazing into the fridge around dinner time, hoping for inspiration just doesn’t cut it! Thank you for this opportunity.

Excellent post, remarkable information. Many times
I come across truly horribly written content.
I mean seriously rubbish stuff. I quite often click away before I even get past the very first
paragraph. It is great to come across something which is actually good.
Well done!

Amazing blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from
somewhere? A theme like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make
my blog jump out. Please let me know where you got your design.
Thank you
