I love Zukay’s salsa! I add a couple of tablespoons to my scrambled eggs, beans and rice, tacos, you name it. And their relish is also fantastic. I LOVE it in tuna fish and egg salads — I make them with homemade mayonnaise (made with real olive oil and pastured egg yolks). It makes sandwiches so much healthier.

I don’t know about you, but I ran out of my homemade pickles and pickle relish many months ago. I still have homemade salsa, but that’s only because get tomatoes all winter at the farmer’s markets in Los Angeles (don’t be too jealous — we also have traffic and smog).
