does anyone know when the new nt book is due? can afford class.
AnnMarie,
Under your products I support banner, you endorse Dr. Mercola’s nutritional typing test. What is that? Why do you support it? Do you really think we are limited to certain types of foods as individuals? I’m still hoping through doing GAPS and Matt Stone’s protocol that I will be able to eat whatever food I want. Have you taken Dr. Mercola’s test yourself? Do you follow the recommendation? If so, have you noticed a difference in how you feel? I’m just wondering if it’s even worth doing. I just don’t want to end up chasing another nutrition rabbit hole.
Hi, Emma,
Mercola.com is one of our advertisers. I have not taken the test.
I have followed Matt Stone’s RRARFing plan and feel great — my results in a blog post coming soon.
Ann Marie
Oh, I see.
I can’t wait to hear about how you’re doing! I just got his e-book and have started RRARFing since Monday. I’m not sure if I’m doing it totally correct since I haven’t finished the book, but I’m doing it the best I can based on what I know from reading his blog and what you’ve said about it. I really hope it helps me. I would love to get off the dieting trap. I’m not afraid of food, but I think I unknowingly lowered my metabolism in an effort to lose weight…first low fat, then low carb, and then low carb paleo. Each “improvement” was intended to get better results, but instead I found that I had to be increasingly obsessive about every little thing I ate otherwise I would gain weight. It increasing felt like it just should be THAT hard to eat and maintain a normal weight. I found your blog, and through you, Matt, and now I’m on the path to try to heal my metabolism. Thank you.
