Here’s what we’ve eaten for dinner the past few nights:
Friday: Taco Meat (ground beef with Mexican seasoning, i.e. cumin, chili powder, etc.) on Lettuce Leaves with Avocado and a bowl of Chicken Broth
Thursday: Carrot Ginger Soup, Sausages, Sauerkraut
Wednesday: Sloppy Joes in Lettuce Wraps with a bowl of Chicken Broth

Kate and I ate strawberries and sausage and leftover shepherd’s pie on the lawn at LA’s annual Festival of Books, the largest literary event in the country. I got Kate a few books, including the Spanish version of “Goodnight Moon” — “Buenos Noches, Luna”.
