The other day I went to the farmer’s market in Santa Monica and spent some time talking to Jack Bezian of Bezian’s Bakery, the home of Los Angeles Sourdough. I say “spent some time” which makes it [...]

Here’s a video excerpt from Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride’s lecture about GAPS, the Gut and Psychology Syndrome at the WAPF Wise Traditions 2008 conference in San Francisco.
Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride successfully treated her own son, who was diagnosed autistic, which prompted an intensive study into causes and treatments of autism. It was during this [...]

I know… weird, huh? I mean, it’s summertime.
I still think I have gluten intolerance but I don’t think it was entirely the pizza that caused this. I think the reason I am so stuffed up today is due to a cold.

Last night we were busy and we were both craving pizza. We haven’t ordered a pizza in a long, long time. It sounded so good to us.

I’m also very groggy, I’m sneezing, and I have post-nasal drip.
And [...]

In the past few weeks, [...]

I have been reading “Gut and Psychology Syndrome” by Dr. Natasha Campbell McBride. She has had quite a lot of success treating children in her clinic in England, reversing autism, allergies, ADHD, and many other conditions. Her own son was diagnosed with autism. He is now in a regular school and is completely functional.
Dr. Campbell [...]

I just read this fascinating article, Going with the Grain by Catherine Kzapp on how she healed her father, a sufferer of celiac disease, or gluten intolerance.
Gluten intolerance has become a serious modern disease, not just among kids on the autistic spectrum (autism, Aspberger’s ADD/ADHD), but among many, many people with chronic digestive problems.
Damage to [...]
