Does this man look like a criminal to you? Like someone running a meth lab in his basement? Does he look like a menace to society?
To me, he looks like a farmer. Vernon Hershberger is a family man with a small plot of land in America’s dairy state, Wisconsin. He’s a man of faith, who tends to his cows and cares for his kids.

I just received an email from Organic Pastures announcing that Whole Foods has decided to permanently stop selling raw milk nationwide. This is very disappointing to me.
I have been an avid fan and supporter of Whole Foods for two decades — since I was in college in the early ’90s. I went to college in Austin, where Whole Foods started, and I loved them from the beginning.
My love for Whole Foods has officially died.

Fitness trainer Kevin Brown and nutritionist Annette Presley have written a new book called The Liberation Diet about how to lose weight and get healthy eating real food. I’ve read the book and I love it. It’s full of great information on how to eat healthfully and get slim and real-life testimonials by people who have followed the program and dropped excess weight. And not with soy shakes, rice cakes or processed TV dinners. This eating plan prescribes real butter, bacon, cheese, and burgers. Now that’s my kind of diet!
