Are you a real food rookie? Do you need help learning how to cook real food? Take this quiz and find out:
1. Are you used to cooking out of boxes and bags? Is dinner a box of pasta or Lean Cuisine more often than you’d care to admit?
2. Do you find yourself giving in to the convenience of fast food drive-though meals on a regular basis?
3. Would you like to learn how to prepare healthy, nourishing comfort foods for your family — including roast chicken and French fries?
4. Do you buy low-fat milk and go out of your way to avoid fatty foods like cream and egg yolks? Would you like to learn why traditional foods like whole milk and butter are actually good for you?
5. Do you like the idea of shopping at local farmer’s markets but have no idea how to get started?

6. Are you worried about the amount of processed foods and soda pop your family consumes?

7. Do any of your family members suffer from health problems including heart disease, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, asthma, or ADHD?
8. Do you want to learn how to read food ingredient labels, and find out what to avoid and why?
9. Do you want to buy organic but think it’s too expensive?
10. Have you heard about grass-fed meat and dairy, but aren’t sure why it’s better, and have no idea where to get it?
11. Is your go-to breakfast boxed cereal and skim milk? Do you need more ideas for healthy, fast and easy breakfasts?
12. Would you like to help your children avoid cavities and braces?

13. Do you need a friend to take you by the hand and walk beside you as you learn to cook real, wholesome foods?
14. Are you sick of being sick and tired?
15. Are you ready to take control of your family’s health?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you need to take Kelly the Kitchen Kop’s new online class, Real Food for Rookies.
Kelly will teach you all of this and more — and you don’t even have to leave the house. The video classes and audio interviews are pre-recorded. Each week, all you have to do is log in on your computer.

Get on the Fast Track to Real Food
When I first learned about real food three years ago, I had no idea how to shop at farmer’s markets, didn’t know how to read labels, and I didn’t have a clue about why “grass-fed” was better than organic. I didn’t even know what “grass-fed” was!
If only a class like this had been available — I would have jumped on it! It would have really accelerated the amount of time it took me to learn. Instead of spending months and months making mistakes, I could have just sped ahead.

Please enter me in the drawing for the Real Food for Rookies class. It would make me so happy to participate.
I would LOVE to be in the drawing! This is right up my alley
We’re somewhat real foodies, but I’m trying to move towards it more…too many pitfalls with 4 kids in tow some days…
I feel the same way, Ann Marie! I wish something like this would have been around when I started real food two years ago. In all honesty, it would have saved me many mistakes, many wasted hours of misdirected effort, and probably many times more dollars than it costs to take the course!

Sadly number 7 is the only one I have to answer YES to (well excluding number 15, but I guess that would not be a YES anyway as I have LONG SINCE been trying to deal with the family’s health, not ready to start. I think we already do well in the all real food arena.

Is this class being offered again? I think I know some people who could really benefit from it!
