This month I’m giving away something I use in my kitchen all the time: a Hamilton Beach Set ‘n Forget 6-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker — retail value $45.
The base is stoneware and the top is a tempered-glass lid. It is the only crockpot I know of that is lead-free. I also love it because the lid snaps shut so you don’t end up with a counter splattered with broth. It’s also programmable. You can set it for a specific amount of time, or just let it go indefinitely.
